Hi! I'm Meagan Kempf
Manistee has been home for our family since 1998, and I truly can’t imagine a better place to live, work, and to have raised our three children.
As an Associate Broker with RE/MAX Bayshore, I’ve been helping buyers and sellers navigate buying and selling properties since 2004. Servicing the communties of Manistee, Onekama, Bear Lake, Irons, Ludington, Wellston, and surrounding counties including Manistee, Mason, Benzie, Oceana, and Lake.
Prior to getting my real estate license, I worked in the Michigan legislature and then on economic and community development projects across Michigan—experience that naturally led me into real estate sales and property development. I love understanding how communities can grow thoughtfully and helping clients find their place within them.
In 2015, my husband Chris joined the business after retiring from a career in law enforcement. A veteran of the Air Force and Air National Guard, he served as an A-10 and C-5 crew chief and has always had a heart for service. That same commitment now supports our clients every day as he and our assistant, Lyka, provide personalized, detailed and professional service to our clients.
